Trauma-informed Kickboxing at Mind in Mind Psychology

Our trauma-informed kickboxing classes are run by women, for women.

In this 8-week course you'll learn the basics of kickboxing in small groups, designed to help you feel safe, supported and seen. All our classes go beyond kickboxing to focus on key aspects of post traumatic growth including improved boundary setting, increased connection to body and improved emotion regulation.

Allied Health Trauma-informed Kickboxing

This is identical to our flagship trauma-informed kickboxing program for women and gender-diverse people, but just for allied health professionals. We've wanted to offer this for a long time, as we know how challenging it can be to work in health care.

Allied health professionals often miss out on joining our trauma-informed programs as they can't risk clients they have referred being in the class. Like in all our programs, you'll learn the fundamentals of kickboxing while working on boundary setting, body connection and emotion regulation.
