This isn't your average team day
Designed by psychologists and sport scientists, our trauma-informed kickboxing methodology was created for victim-survivors. Your team gets the same evidence-backed tools: emotion regulation, body awareness, boundary setting.
Plus your booking funds subsidised access for those who need it most.

Your booking does more
The problem
51%+ of Australians are vulnerable to gender-based violence — women, trans people, LGBTIQA+ individuals.
Our solution
Trauma-informed martial arts that rebuild confidence, body awareness, and emotional regulation.
Your role
Booking a corporate workshop funds access for those who could never otherwise afford it.
How safe the space felt, how wonderfully led the session was (by Georgia!) — it felt open, safe, empowering and playful. I started the session feeling quite frazzled and teetering between grounded and anxious — after the session I felt lighter, more grounded and more connected. Thank you Georgia and Conscious Combat Club x

FAQs
Read below to find out some of our most frequently asked questions
Can men participate?
Yes! While our clients are all women and gender-diverse people, these workshops are separate. Everyone is welcome.
What should our team wear?
Active wear is best. But we're used to team members forgetting these sessions are on. They can still join in in a suit.
Do you offer charity pricing?
Yes! If your team is also a registered charity, you will receive 50% off.
Is this just for victim-survivors?
Not at all. These workshops share many similarities with the programs we run to support victim-survivors (focus on choice, emotion regulation skills, boundary setting), but they are designed for corporate teams.
Is my office suitable?
We recommend a space with non-slip flooring (such as carpet or wood) and four square meters per person. For a group of 10 people you will need a minimum of 40 square meters. Don't have the space? No worries, our space is perfect — we have offices and a conference room you can use for the day if you like.
Is there parking at CCC?
There is free, on-street 90-degree and parallel parking available in the area. There is also a $5 all-day parking lot around the corner at 12-18 Victoria Crescent, Abbotsford.
Where is the Conscious Combat Club?
39-47 Lithgow Street, Abbotsford 3067.
