Rounds for Respect is back this year on November 22nd at Dominance MMA in Abbotsford. Rounds for Respect is the annual flagship fundraising event of the Conscious Combat Club. Participants complete one round of exercise/movement (rolling, kickboxing, or strength and conditioning) for every woman lost to violence in Australia that year.
